Who We Are

Wildrose Public Transportation has been serving the Wildrose area for over 20 years starting as a group of senior citizens using their personal vehicle to get each other to town for personal business. Eventually a van was purchased and in 2002, through Federal funding, our current van was acquired and a garage to store it in was built. In 2014 the Wildrose Public Transportation became an entity separate from the Wildrose Senior Citizens. We are a 501(c)3 corporation and are supported by Federal and State funding, private donations and grants, and fares from passengers. Our goal is to provide safe and reliable transportation to all who need it for a reasonable fare. The service is vital to many in the area who are unable to drive the extended distances needed to towns for medical, shopping, and other personal needs.

We are grateful for donations we receive from those who see the importance of our service, these donations are vital for us to be able to continue our service as it is. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation making all contributions tax-deductible.
